What Are the Rockstar of the Quarter Awards about?
Simply put, this is our way of recognizing your kung-fu. We are all part of a larger system, and sometimes the impact we create doesn’t always get the spotlight it deserves. Rockstar of the Quarter is our attempt to appreciate people who’ve made a meaningful difference through their work.
Once every quarter, you stand a chance to be recognized by your peers and leaders for the impact, ownership, and values-led actions you’ve demonstrated in the last three months preceding the nominations.
Rockstar of the Quarter award recognizes contributions that go beyond day-to-day responsibilities and create visible impact across teams, projects, clients, or the business.
This includes (but isn’t limited to)
• Solving problems or improving outcomes in a meaningful way
• Taking ownership and stepping up when it mattered
• Consistently delivering on commitments
• Acting in line with our company values
• Supporting and enabling others to succeed
The focus will always be on what changed because you stepped in.
Every quarter, a minimum of one Rockstar from each company (Never Grow Up, Yellow Seed and SPRD) stands a chance to be recognized in each / one of the following categories:

• Final peer scores are calculated as an average per nominee.
Shortlisting is based on nominees where the average score falls at or above a minimum pre-decided percentile within their category.
i.e. I(http://i.e.It)t is possible that someone with fewer nominations but a higher average score may rank above someone with more nominations. This ensures fairness and discourages popularity-based voting.

• Alignment between ratings and written justification.
• Fit with the intent of the selected category.
Nominations that are vague, generic, or unsupported may be excluded at this stage.
Final Score Composition:
• 70% Peer Nomination Score
• 30% Qualitative Validation Score
The nominee with the highest final score in each category is declared Rockstar of the Quarter.

Every quarter, one Rockstar per category is announced in each company.
Final winners receive:
• A citation/trophy
