What's The Process Like?

Nomination
In July 2024, the nomination window will open, inviting submissions for the OneTeam CEO Awards. We encourage all eligible individuals to step forward and nominate themselves. This time, it's all about celebrating your remarkable performance and initiatives from 1st July 2023 to 30th June 2024 through self-nominations.
Evaluation
All submitted nominations will undergo a primary screening process, evaluating factors such as the depth of information, articulation of answers, and supporting data. The next stage involves the jury evaluation, where scores assigned by the esteemed panel members will carry weightage. Based on these scores, we’ll compile a list of top nominees.
Jury
Our panel of judges, comprising 3 to 5 members, will include up to 2 company directors, along with external experts from the industry or even a valued client. These distinguished individuals will bring their expertise to the table to recognise outstanding achievements.

Question 3

When Will The Winners Be Announced?

Up to 5 deserving winners from various teams and departments are selected within 4 weeks after the last date of nomination. For example, all winners can also be from one department/ company or a mix of people across all departments between 4 companies. To make this journey of recognition interactive, fair, and transparent, we announce our panel once the nomination’s submissions are due.

Are There Any Exceptions?

These awards are a true testament to the meritocracy and fairness we uphold. The scoring process, conducted by both internal and external jury members, ensures an unbiased evaluation. While we aim to celebrate up to 5 winners each year, the possibility of having fewer winners exists. Only if the weighted average scores tie in, will we exceed the limit of 5 winners, and even then, the final decision rests solely with the jury.

Is This Connected To Other Reward Initiatives?

No, the evaluation of these awards is entirely independent of any other reward initiatives. The number of ROQ wins and badges received by a nominee holds no score value in this evaluation process. Instead, these accomplishments will only serve as an indication of one's performance.

The winners of the OneTeam CEO Awards will be honoured with a prestigious Commemorative Trophy, a symbol of their remarkable achievements at the award ceremony. But that's not all - each winner will also embark on an unforgettable 2 Nights/3 Days* all-expenses-paid trip. It's an opportunity for the winners to come together, bond, and celebrate their successes. Worried about leave days? Don't be! These travel awards are granted above and beyond the yearly leave numbers, ensuring no disruption to your well-deserved time off.

• In the event of travel restrictions, winners will be rewarded in an equally meaningful manner, at the Management's discretion.

• The planned trip is exclusively for the winners. Unfortunately, family or friends cannot be included, even if the winner wishes to cover their expenses.

• The reward cannot be redeemed for its monetary value or any other form of compensation.

• These trips will be thoughtfully scheduled in the second quarter, after considering feasible dates for all winners to come together.

• All expenses paid include internal and external travel, meals/food, stay, and driver cost (if any) It will not include shopping or any additional itinerary travel or beverages apart from the one planned and any additional individual cost.
